Full technical restoration of a 1964 Volkswagen Samba
This is a complete ground-up restoration of a 1964 Volkswagen Samba — far beyond a cosmetic rebuild. Our team invested over 2,000 hours into welding, body preparation, mechanical rebuilding, and detailing to bring this bus back to its original glory.
The restoration began with a bare-metal teardown, followed by extensive rust removal, chassis reinforcement, and panel fabrication using period-correct materials. Every weld, seam, and body line was meticulously corrected to factory specifications.
We rebuilt the engine, transmission, and suspension system from scratch, updated the entire electrical wiring, and finished the bus with a custom two-tone paint job that honors the original color scheme. The interior was handcrafted with high-quality materials, replicating the look and feel of the original Samba models — including the deluxe trim, skylight windows, and roof rack.
