This is a complete, ground-up restoration of a 1964 Volkswagen Samba—much more than just a cosmetic fix. Our team dedicated over 2,000 hours to welding, bodywork, mechanical rebuilding, and detailing to bring this bus back to life.

We started with a bare-metal teardown, removing rust, reinforcing the chassis, and fabricating new panels using period-correct materials. Every weld, seam, and body line was carefully corrected to match the original specifications.

The engine, transmission, and suspension were completely rebuilt, the electrical system was updated, and we finished the bus with a custom two-tone paint job that stays true to the original colors.
